About the Role:
The Benefits Systems Consultant II will be responsible for managing and supporting the configuration of a UKG Benefits Administration and supporting other technical system needs. This individual will be responsible for a variety of tasks that include working with customers on their Open Enrollment Renewals and completing basic to moderately complex Post-Live configuration/system update projects as well as supporting UKG ACA Services customers with their printing and filing requirements. Their main responsibility will be to complete light to moderately complex configuration, act as a back-stage resource on more complex projects and complete less complex OE/Renewal projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with customers and internal teams to establish project scope, gather configuration requirements, and set system goals for configuration projects.
Complete light to moderately complex configuration projects with minimal downstream impact; including updating rates, survey questions, admin populations and existing plans and assisting customers with completing page content and mass import projects.
Communicate with customers and internal partners on outstanding technical requests.
Projects are closed within set timelines and appropriate documentation maintained and uploaded to Salesforce.
Complete more complex configuration projects under the oversight of Senior and Lead System Consultants as a backstage resource.
Other projects and tasks as assigned by Manager.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum 1+ year of customer service experience.
Minimum 1+ year of US Benefits Health & Welfare or HR/Payroll experience.
Proficient using the Microsoft Office Suite of software to include Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Ability to work out of one of our UKG Office locations 3 days a week

Ability to manage priorities and workflow in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills are critical for success.
Ability to appropriately set and manage expectations.
Project management experience.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

The pay range for this position is $62,300 to $89,550, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
