screening, and extending offers to potential field and office employees. Additionally, this role assists the Talent and Workforce Management functions in the successful implementation of various departmental initiatives and programs.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: A Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Communication, or
BusinessExperience: One year of Human Resources experience
orEducation: An Associate\'s degree
Experience: Two years administrative experience in Human Resources
Travel: 20-50%
Work Schedule: Typical work hours are between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Monday - Friday; However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducts presentations at high schools and technical schools.
- Performs searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job
- Screens and refers applicants to hiring personnel in the
