Bilingual Front Desk Associate

Vaco is hiring for a Bilingual Front Desk Associate
Location - Delray Beach
Compensation - $18-$20/hour
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30AM-5:30PM

Overview:

• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
• Assist with data entry, filing, and basic administrative tasks
• Provide support to other departments as requested
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual (Spanish) is required
• Previous medical front desk or healthcare customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly reliable and dependable
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work alone
