As Strava empowers 150 million+ athletes globally, we're seeking a Brand Associate, Global Social, to support our goals towards brand awareness. You’ll work to craft and manage our Brand narrative and voice across community-centric channels, such as the Strava Club, Reddit, and YouTube. You will manage the day-to-day operations of our social media presence, inclusive of content management, tagging and tracking. As a member of our Brand Marketing team, you will help infuse our brand into cultural spaces, while growing brand awareness with a cross-functional team of Partnerships, Comms, and Product Marketing.
We follow a flexible hybrid model that generally translates to around half your time on-site in our San Francisco office—roughly three days per week.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in the development of our editorial calendar
- Manage project timelines and deliverables for content plans
- Partner with our internal creative team to advise content strategy
- Ideate on wider marketing initiatives like product launches, brand campaigns, community events, etc.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- You have 1-3 years of Social Media / Content experience
- You have hands-on social media experience including content development, distribution and/or management.
- You have solid organizational and time management skills
- You have experience in community management on platforms such as Reddit, Discord, etc.
Compensation Overview:
At Strava, we know our employees are the most important ingredient to our success, and our compensation and total rewards programs reflect that. We take a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on the department and your location. Salary ranges are categorized into one of three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. We will determine the candidate’s starting pay based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. We may modify these ranges in the future. Compensation: $73,000 - $83,000. This range reflects base compensation only and does not include equity or benefits. Your recruiter can share more details about the full compensation package, including the range specific to your location, during the hiring process.
