Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with expertise in the Annuity Business to join our dynamic POD-based delivery model. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define business needs, gather requirements, and drive the development of innovative solutions within the annuity domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Product Owner (PO) and POD members to define, refine, and prioritize business requirements.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to annuity products, ensuring clarity and completeness.
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on project objectives.
Conduct impact assessments and gap analyses for system enhancements, new product implementations, or regulatory changes.
Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and business process flows in an Agile framework.
Work closely with development and QA teams to validate solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and compliance requirements.
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by defining test cases, coordinating execution, and tracking defects.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies in processes and recommending enhancements.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and operational requirements in annuity processes.
Provide insights into industry best practices and market trends within the annuity sector.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on annuity products and insurance domain.
Hands-on experience working in an Agile model with cross-functional teams.
Strong knowledge of annuity life cycles, regulations, and industry trends.
Expertise in writing user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria in an Agile environment.
Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar project management platforms.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently, drive discussions, and influence decisions.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Annuity business process domain knowledge is a MUST

Salary Transparancy
Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $69058 - $96287/ yearly.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
