As a Workday Time Tracking/Absence Lead, your primary responsibilities may include:
- Leading or supporting the Time Tracking/Absence workstream on a Workday implementation project.
- Supporting the creation of work plans for large, complex global engagements, managing risk, budget, resources, and client relationships.
- Researching and resolving daily Workday Time Tracking/Absence issues.
- Collaborating with clients to support new requirements for Time Tracking/Absence in Workday.
- Creating and updating Workday configurations based on requirement changes.
- Providing support for regular and special Absence/Time Tracking processes in Workday.
- Supporting legal and regulatory reports in Workday.
- Assisting with year-end reporting and activities in Workday.
- Managing small onshore and offshore functional teams.
- Identifying strategies, risks, and options; recommending approaches and mitigations to meet client and functional requirements.
- Architecting Workday Time Tracking/Absence solutions to ensure cohesive work streams and consider cross-functional impacts.
- Advising clients on industry standards and leading practices.
- Demonstrating design options through prototyping.
- Applying Workday and Accenture methodologies.
- Providing project status updates to the Project Manager.
- Managing client and stakeholder relationships to achieve project objectives.
- Supporting innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets.
- Travel may be required, with the amount varying based on business needs and client requirements.
