Role Description
This is a hybrid role for a Business Development Specialist/Recruiter located in Rockville, Maryland, with the flexibility to work some time from home. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and building relationships with hiring managers, as well as conducting interviews and coordinating interviews with candidates. The role will also involve negotiating job offers, providing onboarding support, and maintaining accurate candidate records.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Strong candidate relationship management and communication skills
- Experience in coordinating interviews and collaborating with hiring managers
- Negotiation and onboarding support skills
- Familiarity with maintaining accurate candidate records
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- Experience in the finance and accounting sector is a plus
