Our care focuses on:
- Providing care for the whole family, not just the child
- Building and deepening the parent-child connection
- Using clinically validated assessments and technology to supercharge progress
What You’ll Do:
– Provide evidence-based therapy to children, parents, and families
– Lead clinical intakes, set treatment plans, and monitor client progress
– Create engaging clinical content and assist with translating best practices into digital interventions
- 1:1 meetings with supervisor and group supervision
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and pertinent data in EHR
– Collaborate with the clinical team and offer feedback to improve our programs and services
– Share your unique strengths through blogs and live events
Requirements:
– 2+ years of experience in child and family therapy; licensed in California (AMFT, ASW, APCC)
– Afternoon (after 3.30pm) or weekend availability
– Strong clinical skills and creativity in designing therapy for young clients
