Responsibilities:
- Deliver emulation models from RTL using industry standard emulation technology.
- Plan simulation acceleration, emulation and prototyping activities based on project milestones and coordinate with different teams of design, software, firmware driver and use case development.
- Develop high performance transactors and emulation testbench in System Verilog and C/C++/DPI.
- Drive emulation methodologies for HW verification and SW/FW development.
- Develop emulation tools, workflows and infrastructure in collaboration with RTL, validation and FW/SW teams.
- Develop system level use cases suitable for execution on emulators.
- Partner with vendors to debug issues and deploy new emulation capabilities.
Skill Sets Required:
- System Verilog, C/C++/DPI programming skills and/or Perl/Python scripting skills.
- ASIC Logic / RTL Design experience & background with experience in FPGA and Emulation model development.
- Experience in Veloce/Palladium/Zebu/FPGA prototyping, silicon verification and system validation.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field and 6+ years of Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related work experience.
OR
• Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field and 5+ years of Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related work experience.
OR
• PhD in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related work experience.
