Operations Support Associate :
Looking for a motivated and organized Operations
Support associate to join our designated market team. Reporting into the Operations Lead, in this role, you will deliver on-site operational support at the assigned Flexdrive facility, ensuring efficient customer service and vehicle readiness.
Scope of Work/Responsibilities:
Customer Service and Vehicle Processing:
Assist customers with the rental process, including check-in, vehicle assignment, and rental return.
Prepare rental vehicles for drivers, including fueling, cleaning, installing telematics and license plates, and conducting vehicle inspections.
Manage vehicle compliance documents.
Operational Support:
Organize the vehicle lot and manage vehicle transportation.
Conduct daily rental operations tasks.
Ability to physically handle high amounts of standing and walking.
Report vehicle issues, program challenges, and bugs to the designated point of contact.
**Experience:
1+ year of experience in an in-person customer service role like retail, technical support or hospitality Familiarity with the market area Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve problems effectively. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to maintain patience, identify and solve problems, de-escalate situations, and work effectively in a team. **
