The Chief Marketing Officer at Maytronics is responsible for leading and executing the global marketing strategy to drive awareness, product adoption, and revenue growth across international markets and through all marketing channels. This role involves overseeing the development of integrated marketing campaigns, managing product positioning, and ensuring brand consistency across all regions. The CMO will lead a team of marketing professionals both at the corporate headquarters as well as regional Marketing leaders at our subsidiaries in North America, Europe, and Australia. A core part of this role is to collaborate with cross-functional departments and utilize market insights and data to position our brands for success globally. With a focus on consumer trends and digital transformation, the CMO will spearhead efforts in both traditional and digital channels, ensuring our brands maintain their leadership in the swimming pool industry. Additionally, the CMO will track and analyze market performance, optimize marketing ROI, and support product development to meet the evolving needs of our customers worldwide.
The CMO will lead and foster a forward-thinking marketing team aligned with a 5-year company growth strategy. The marketing team will focus on aligning the Maytronics brand with creative content, programs, social strategy, and digital initiatives targeting both consumer and dealer audiences through a dynamic B2B and D2C channel strategy. The CMO is an executive position working with other company leaders to achieve revenue and profit targets.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and provide direction, guidance, and leadership to global and local marketing teams.
- Oversee the continued development and growth of the overall branding strategy for Maytronics’ portfolio of brands.
- Work with both B&M and eCommerce leaders to develop a comprehensive and strategic marketing plan to maximize revenue and profits globally.
- Collaborate with Product, Business Development, and Strategy teams to incorporate market insights that drive new product development within identified customer segments.
- Manage and own the overall marketing budget in coordination with channel managers.
- Develop, implement, and oversee the global social media strategy.
- Stay informed about consumer trends, behaviors, and needs, translating these into actionable marketing strategies.
- Align the team’s skills and efforts for both B2B and B2C channels.
- Embed the “voice of the customer” into the marketing culture and the broader company culture.
- Foster a culture of strategic and creative solutions within the marketing department.
- Provide analytics on marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Maintain an understanding of the competitive landscape.
- Develop a customer communication plan utilizing business intelligence and CRM tools for targeted campaigns.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business and/or marketing communications.
- At least 7 years in progressive marketing and communications roles.
- At least 5 years in senior/executive marketing leadership.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms.
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce preferred.
- Proven ability to develop comprehensive GTM plans.
- Experience in multi-channel consumer product sales environments preferred.
- Willingness to travel periodically within North America and internationally.
- Experience working with global companies is a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills preferred.
