Job Description:
Provides extraordinary care to our customers through friendly, courteous, and professional service through a broad understanding of account handling processes, extraordinary interpersonal skills, and the ability to resolve complex issues in a timely and accurate manner.
Essential Functions
Operates office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voicemail, and personal computers
Collaborate and partner with teams across the organization
Participate in meetings and education requirements
Monitors centralized mailbox and electronic work queues to distribute incoming documents appropriately
Reviews incoming faxes and distributes them appropriately
Prepares outgoing mail
Answers telephone, directs calls, and takes messages
Promotes mission, vision, and values of Intermountain Health, and abides by service behavior standards
Performs other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Six (6) months experience in Healthcare clerical setting is required
Twelve (12) months experience in a healthcare clerical setting is preferred

Operate computers and other office equipment requiring the ability to move fingers and hands
See and read computer monitors and documents
Remain sitting or standing for long periods of time to perform work on a computer, telephone, or other equipment
May require lifting and transporting objects and office supplies, bending, kneeling and reaching
