Role Overview:
The Client Strategy Manager serves as the lead point of contact for clients to create ready-to-use “answers” by collecting, analyzing, and validating data from our proprietary data products as well as external sources and then interpreting that data to uncover trends and opportunities to drive evidence-based decisions for our clients.
You will focus on improving client adoption and retention through a consultative approach to relationship management by providing clear, concise and timely information on initiative scope, objectives, status, changes, issues/resolutions and achievements throughout the business relationship life cycle.
Strong organizational skills, confidence, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and competence in driving internal and external initiatives will make you successful in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and validate data from internal and external sources.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to uncover new market opportunities for target clients.
- Source and interpret data to provide ongoing reports to drive data-based decision-making for target clients.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex claims data assets for clients.
- Identify and define new client project opportunities based on research and data analysis.
- Support client onboarding by being a strategic resource focused on training in context of key business cases.
- Develop and edit PowerPoint presentations for high-level executive client meetings.
- Provide clear, concise and timely information on initiative scope, objectives, status, changes, issues/resolutions and achievements throughout the business relationship life cycle.

Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance or equivalent in experience
- 3-5 years of experience as a data analyst or business data analyst
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within a business growth structure
- Strong customer services skills combined with a proactive instinct
- Hands-on experience with the day-to-day responsibilities of multiple projects
- Exceptional Excel skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in Healthcare Management in a hospital setting
- Familiarity with Tableau
- Experience with SQL
