Clinic Director
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000-$110,000 annually
Sign-on Bonus: Up to $15,000
Compensation will be based on experience.

RET Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Director for our outpatient clinics, specializing in orthopedic conditions including pre- and post-surgical, sports injuries, chronic pain, and neurologic issues, within a family-like team environment.

Responsibilities
Essential Functions for Clinic Director:
- Prepare and monitor budgets, purchase equipment and supplies, oversee facility maintenance
- Develop relationships with physicians and market to attract new patients
- Build and maintain a positive team through servant leadership, prioritizing patients and staff
Qualifications
Required Experience and Skills:
- Terminal licensed degree from an accredited institution; DPT or OTD preferred
- Unrestricted licensure as a Physical Therapist in the applicable state
- At least three years of therapy experience; supervisory experience preferred
- Residency training completed or in progress preferred
- Clinical Specialist Board Certification preferred
