As our Clinic Manager, you will lead and support a team of 20+ employees including clinicians and administrative staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment with walk-ins, scheduled appointments, and telehealth services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a team of 20+ employees, including clinical and administrative staff
- Oversee all daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient patient flow and exceptional service delivery
- Monitor and manage billing, coding, and invoicing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Ensure smooth coordination across multiple specialties
- Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and operational planning
- Partner with leadership to develop and implement strategies to drive performance, growth, and patient satisfaction
- Ensure regulatory compliance, quality standards, and organizational policies are met
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Clinic Management or Healthcare Operations experience
- Experience managing high-volume, walk-in, and telehealth-driven environments
- Strong understanding of medical billing, coding (CPT, ICD-10), and invoicing processes
- Experience working in a multi-specialty clinic setting
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
