Job Summary
This position provides technical support during the implantation of the Remed System, along with other technical support and training to enhance patient outcomes.
Essential Functions
- Provide technical support during the implantation of the Remed System.
- Offer training to hospital staff during the opening of new implanting centers.
- Support therapy activation and titration.
- Collaborate closely with the Territory Manager to support all aspects of the sales process.
- Assist in therapy optimization of the Remed System during overnight sleep studies.
- Train new customers on using the Remed System programmer and performing device programming.
- Adapt to a highly dynamic environment with an ever-changing schedule.
- Maintain current vendor credentials to access customer facilities.
- Provide remote technical support during scheduled "on-call" duties.
Required/Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a technical field.
- At least 2 years in a clinical support role within a medical device company, preferably with extensive implant support experience in the Cardiac Rhythm Management industry.
- IBHRE certification preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player attitude.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
Travel Requirements
- Ability to travel (including overnight stays) up to 80% of the time.
