Key job responsibilities
The AWS Support team is seeking engineers that enjoy solving problems, working with customers, and that have backgrounds from a variety of different fields. You will be surrounded by people that are wickedly smart, passionate about cloud computing, and believe that world class support is critical to customer success. - Respond to customer’s technical inquiries via phone, chat and email
- Troubleshoot and solve technical problems of AWS customers, and drive customer communication during critical events

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree achieved or expecting graduation in 2024/2025
- Flexibility to working weekend shifts as part of a five-day-week offset (Sun-Thurs or Tues-Sat)

- Applicants must not have restriction of traveling abroad

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 0-1years of experience in Linux/Windows systems administration, database design and optimization, big data analysis, network administration, and dev ops.
- GPA 3.0/4.5 above
- TOEIC 700, TOFEL 70, Opic IM3 above
- Majored engineering in one of the branches (CSE/IT/ECE/EEE) or MCA with an aggregate of 65% overall or
- Basic knowledge in one or many of these IT technologies – Computing / Networking / Databases / Security / Big Data & Analytics / DevOps / Programming
- Passionate about customers and new technology
- Experience working within the software development or Internet industries
- Experience managing full application stacks from the OS up through custom applications
- Demonstrated proficiency in systems administration (Linux/Windows), network administration (DNS, IPsec, BGP, VPN, Load Balancing), or programming (Java, Perl, Ruby, C#, and/or PHP)
- Advanced English communication skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong customer focus & Multi-tasking skills
- Self-starter who is excited about technology
- Troubleshooting / Support experience
