Responsibilities
While not exhaustive, responsibilities include:
- Performing field service, installations, or preventive maintenance as required.
- Resolving customer issues, providing sales support, and conducting some training.
- Communicating effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
- Representing Ellison Technologies professionally and ethically at all times, aligning actions with business expectations.
- Taking ownership of all service cases and projects, maintaining customer records and technical documentation.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
What are we looking for?
Ideally, someone with experience installing, maintaining, and repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers. We seek developed repair skills, focusing on mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical aspects of the craft.
