- ~5 years experience as a marketing manager and/or community lead.
- Leads projects and programs autonomously (but also collaboratively) that deliver great, measurable outcomes.
- Passionate about engaging with customers online and IRL.
- Unafraid to do the unscalable, while solving for the scalable.
- A movement builder to the core.

- Cultivate thousands of early evangelists to support product development and go-to-market strategies.
Recruit → Engage ↔ Extract Insights
Recruit:
- Understand Rodeo’s target audience (planner friends) including where to reach them and with what messaging.
- Execute campaigns, tactics, partnerships and growth hacks to source hundreds of users to download an invite-only beta.
- Inform our social strategy and create content for a variety of channels.
Engage:
- Create an active community of users who are bought into Rodeo’s mission and vision.
- Provide a whiteglove experience for users with high touch onboarding and support.
- Host in-person events using Rodeo’s platform.
Extract Insights:
- Level up the team’s understand and empathy for ‘the planner friend.’
- Conduct focus groups and 1-1 interviews with top beta users and summarize insights.
- Dive deep on competitors and other social apps for inspiration.
