Job Title: Compliance Coordinator
Location: Loveland, CO
Pay: $24/hour
Shift: 1st Shift - 40 hours/week (Flexible start time between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM)
Purpose of the Role
The Compliance Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring that products meet all applicable global regulatory standards. This position is responsible for managing a document library of test standards and regulations, supporting internal communications, and coordinating training events. This role helps ensure that products remain safe, reliable, and compliant with evolving standards.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and Update Standards
Track changes to product test standards using online resources
Maintain and update the internal document library accordingly
Internal Communications
Share department and regulatory updates via SharePoint, Viva Engage, and Microsoft Outlook
Publish expert-authored content to SharePoint and the monthly newsletter
Event Coordination
Organize and manage virtual training sessions
Develop marketing materials and produce Microsoft Teams live events
Support Request Management
Lead daily stand-up meetings with engineers and chemists to manage internal support requests
Growth Opportunities
Microsoft Power Platform
Gain experience using Power Automate, PowerApps, and related tools to streamline workflows
Regulatory Understanding
Build skills in reading and interpreting international compliance regulations
Qualifications
Required:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
Ability to understand regulations and maintain a sustainability mindset
Willingness to learn, document procedures, and support others
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
Experience with:
SharePoint design, PowerApps, Power Automate, or MS Forms
Creating marketing/event materials
Working in an office environment with advanced software tools
