Responsibilities
- Handle conflicts-related functions, including initial client/matter intake and conflict report production.
- Perform detailed corporate research using various resources, analyzing recent press releases and historical data.
- Review Intapp Open workflow requests to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Review conflict results reports to identify potential conflicts based on guidelines.
- Conduct research to assess the materiality of conflicts.
- Research conflicts database and firm documents to resolve conflicts.
- Communicate with stakeholders to clear conflicts.
- Document and organize conflict resolution activities.
- Maintain contact with attorneys and staff regarding conflicts.
- Track the status of ongoing requests.
- Handle special projects as assigned.
Position Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED; a 2- or 4-year degree is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
- Experience with Intapp required.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
- Professional communication skills.
- Analytical decision-making abilities.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary varies based on experience, skills, and location, with ranges provided for different states. Benefits include medical, dental, life insurance, disability coverage, flexible spending accounts, paid time off, holidays, and retirement plans. Bonus opportunities are available but not guaranteed.
