Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation’s premier electrical contractors and industry professionals. Delta has been retained by a confidential General Construction client to conduct a search for the position of Construction Estimator.
Construction Estimator Compensation & Benefits
Total compensation for the Construction Estimator is $115,000 - $160,000.

Construction Estimator Duties & Responsibilities:
- Takeoffs, pricing, bid solicitation, compiling cost history and preparing comparisons.
- Constructability reports and identify project risks.
- Subcontractor and vendor solicitation.
- Supply Chain procurement plan process
- Cost analysis reports preparation and analysis.
- Review of owner contracts, and general and supplementary conditions by the company's risk management group
- Compare and analyze various systems and related cost impacts
- Business travel may be required
Construction Estimator Qualifications:
- Strong employment stability
- A college degree in a construction related field is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- A minimum of (8) eight years’ experience of extensive estimating in a construction field is required. Federal project experience required.
- Proficiency with operating systems and basic computer software programs such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
- Employee must have experience with onscreen takeoffs and the ability to learn other specific software.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
