CIB Operations – IMOS Asset Servicing Middle Office Client Facing - Corporate Actions
The role focuses specifically on IMOS Middle Office Asset Servicing. Middle Office Asset Servicing is driving an aggressive agenda to enhance client experience and operating processes. You are a strategic thinker and are passionate about delivering a high-quality corporate actions service to clients. You have found the right team.
As part of the IMOS Asset Servicing client facing team you will be responsible for handling client queries on both Voluntary and Mandatory Corporate Actions mainly across the WHEM region for our existing and new business IMOS clients. This dynamic role involves seeing through the whole lifecycle of corporate events from start to finish on our strategic platform delivering timely and accurate data to the clients Investment book of records.
Candidate must have a control focused agenda and understand all potential impacts internally and to the client.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely updates and detailed explanations of Corporate Actions and their implications.
- Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience throughout the Corporate Action process.
- Prepare and deliver customized reports and presentations for clients, highlighting the outcomes and strategic implications of Corporate Actions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions and support related to Corporate Actions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years of experience in Client Service and Middle Office in Financial Services/Investment Banking.
- Knowledge of Asset Servicing (Mandatory Corporate Actions & Dividends).
- Knowledge of IM Actions Corporate Actions system.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
NICE TO HAVE
- Knowledge of project life cycle and its critical control points preferred.
- Financial markets product knowledge and understanding of the transaction lifecycle.
- Knowledge of digital tools preferred (Alteryx, UiPath, Tableau).

- Ability to face off to very demanding stakeholders, managing their expectations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify, understand and address operational and technical issues.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to develop relationships across the various stakeholders including senior business executives and high-profile clients.
- Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills including the ability to communicate difficult and complex messages clearly and consistently with both internal teams as well as clients.
- Motivated and able to deliver with minimal supervision, whilst working effectively in a team
- Ability to be flexible, follow and meet tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work and meet the clients’ expectations
- Self-starter with ability to learn quickly.
