Optimize and organize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, websites, and social channels for Hispanic-centric cosmetic company to drive additional customer acquisition. Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how the Companys inbound marketing activities contribute to customer conversion. Develop and implement digital marketing training, in conjunction with the training department to make sure employees within the Company understand and apply Companys Digital Marketing best practices and vision across the different platforms. Research and analyze the market and its trends, looking for ways to improve Companys business strategies and marketing effectiveness. Lead and optimize marketing efforts for the Company and collaborate with multifunctional teams to execute them. Research, develop, and communicate strategic marketing plans to meet the companys goals. Manage and execute massive multichannel multiplatform social media marketing and communication campaigns. Propose new and improved inbound marketing campaign ideas. Create brand awareness using social media platforms and managing with key performance indicators (KPIs) to determine the most effective channels and which are a supporting role. Implement a market segmentation strategy organizing and identifying customers along a combination of demographic, geographic, and behavioral lines, and creating a customized customer experience that leads to loyalty, better brand recognition and higher profits. Monthly creation and/or updates of landing pages, blogs and websites according to each departments needs. Conduct and analyze customer, competitor, and product surveys. Create custom and thorough reports of monthly e-mails, SMS and paid Social Media activity, with advice, recommendations and a clear summary of performance against the key performance indicators and metrics. Develop relevant and optimized business strategies to meet competitive standards of revenue generation. Take a business-centric approach to continuously secure growth and increase revenue. Analyze and interpret business metrics to help develop effective digital strategies.
MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field of study.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Plus two (2) years experience managing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging SEO, social, inbound marketing, email, SMS campaigns and events to drive customer acquisition.
FOREIGN LANGUAGE: Spanish required. (Speak/Read/Write).
TRAVEL: Domestically (10-15%).
