Scope
This position reports to the NPD & BD Director CRP North America
Main activities
- Brainstorming and generating innovative ideas for design projects
- Developing visual concepts that align with the brand's identity and project goals
- Creating visually appealing designs using design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
- Producing a variety of design assets such as logos, brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, and website elements
- Work with marketing (as applicable)
- Work with product development, and other teams to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions
- Participating in meetings to understand project requirements and provide design insights
- Managing multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications
- Prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines
- Actively seeking and incorporating feedback from clients, stakeholders, and team members to refine and improve design outcomes.
- Making revisions and adjustments based on feedback to achieve the desired result
- Staying updated with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies
- Conducting research to gather inspiration and ensure designs are current and relevant
- Ensuring all design work maintains brand consistency and adheres to brand guidelines
- Developing and maintaining a cohesive visual identity across all design projects
- Presenting design concepts and ideas to clients, stakeholders, and team members

Profile (Experience & qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Design
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a creative design role
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative solutions
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team setting
