Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Logistics Industry
Job Summary:
The Bilingual Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional support to both domestic and international clients by managing service inquiries, order tracking, follow-ups, and resolving issues related to shipments, transportation, and logistics operations. The ideal candidate must be fully bilingual (English and Spanish), possess strong communication skills, and be highly customer-oriented and solution-driven.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other customer interactions in both English and Spanish.
Enter, track, and update shipment orders using logistics management systems (TMS/WMS).
Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and transportation teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Proactively resolve issues related to shipments, delays, documentation, and last-minute changes.
Provide regular updates and follow-ups to customers regarding the status of their shipments or contracted services.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions.
Meet key service metrics including response time, customer satisfaction, and order accuracy.
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in customer service processes.
Participate in training sessions and stay updated on logistics services, systems, and procedures.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business, logistics, or related fields preferred.
Full proficiency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, or supply chain.
Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
