In this long-term contract position, you will play a central role in providing exceptional service to clients in the real estate and property industry. Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
Manage scheduling requests and coordinate appointment bookings with efficiency.
Process and input orders accurately into the system, ensuring data integrity.
Handle email correspondence with clients, maintaining clear and effective communication.
Perform data entry tasks to support customer service operations.
Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to update and manage relevant documentation.
Engage in outbound calls when necessary to follow up with customers or confirm details.
Provide knowledgeable and courteous support to clients, ensuring satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues effectively and in a timely manner.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions for reporting purposes. Requirements - Proven experience in a customer service or call center role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting.
Strong skills in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
Familiarity with scheduling systems and appointment coordination.
Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
