We’re partnered with a climate-tech scale-up that's helping property teams operate smarter, slash emissions, and optimise HVAC systems across large portfolios. Their SaaS platform empowers property operators to reduce carbon emissions, enhance building performance, and accelerate progress toward net zero goals.
As they expand they are hiring a Customer Success Engineer in the Denver area. This isn’t just a support role, it’s a customer-facing engineering opportunity where you’ll use your HVAC/BMS expertise to drive results with real estate clients, help integrate and optimise new tech on-site, and make a tangible climate impact.
Some of the folks who’ve thrived with our client have come from controls firms, commissioning roles, or mechanical service backgrounds, especially those tired of firefighting and ready to step into strategic work where they’re trusted to lead technical success from the front.
In this role, you'll:
- You'll lead technical success across a portfolio of commercial building clients, supporting onboarding, training, and long-term engagement.
- Work closely with facilities, engineering, and sustainability teams to identify inefficiencies, optimise building operations, and drive measurable results.
- Use the company’s proprietary platform to deliver energy analysis, indoor environmental quality assessments, and HVAC/BMS insights.
What we're looking for:
- 2–5 years' experience in HVAC, building services, or engineering consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of BMS systems and energy optimisation strategies.
- Engineering degree in mechanical, electrical, mechatronic, or related field.
Why this opportunity:
- Join a foundational team within a global organisation committed to environmental impact.
- Be part of a mission-driven, innovative company that’s already won industry awards and global recognition.
- Competitive salary, benefits, flexibility, and the chance to grow as the U.S. team scales.
- Work with tech that actively reduces CO₂ emissions at scale
If you're passionate about sustainable buildings, customer success, and applying your HVAC expertise to climate solutions, we'd love to hear from you.
