Overview
We’re seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to transform player data into actionable insights that drive business growth. You’ll work at the intersection of product, finance, and marketing, leveraging Tableau and your technical skills to create impactful dashboards while applying your gaming industry insight and data storytelling ability to uncover meaningful trends. As someone who will be a part the growing data function, you’ll help shape our data strategy, making a visible impact on key business metrics in our fast-paced, innovative environment.
Responsibilities

Analyze player behavior patterns, retention metrics, and KPIs to generate insights for game and product teams.

Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards that provide real-time visibility into performance metrics such as DAU/MAU, retention, conversion rates, and LTV.

Develop alerting and monitoring systems to flag anomalies and ensure data integrity.

Conduct cohort analysis to evaluate player lifecycle, engagement, and monetization.

Champion Tableau best practices, including performance optimization and reusable templates for cross-functional teams.
Train and support internal stakeholders in using Tableau and other BI tools for self-service analytics. -
Translate complex datasets into intuitive visual stories that influence product and marketing decisions.

Collaborate with data engineering and game teams to define metrics and ensure consistent reporting.
Qualifications

2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in gaming or tech.

Strong command of SQL and handling of large-scale datasets.

Proven experience in Tableau dashboard development (interactivity, filters, parameters, LOD calculations).

Familiarity with Amplitude, Metabase, or similar analytics platforms.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Understanding of data quality and governance best practices.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.

Experience in free-to-play mobile gaming or social casino analytics.

Working knowledge of player behavior KPIs and monetization models.
