We’re looking for a Data Analyst who can dig into performance metrics, uncover trends, and turn complex datasets into clear, compelling insights. This isn’t just a back-office role, as you’ll help shape strategy and communicate results directly to clients in a way they can understand and act on.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze campaign performance, audience behavior, and market data to deliver actionable insights.
- Build dashboards and reports (primarily in Looker and BigQuery) that clients and internal teams can rely on.
- Present findings in a clear, engaging way - often directly to clients and stakeholders.
- Work closely with strategists, media buyers, and creatives to guide planning and optimize results.
- Translate complex data into simple narratives and visualizations that drive decision-making.
- Monitor data quality, troubleshoot anomalies, and ensure consistent reporting.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in a data analytics role, preferably within marketing, advertising, or media.
- Proficient in SQL and comfortable building dashboards in Looker.
- Experience using Google BigQuery for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for ad hoc analysis and quick-turn reporting.
- Ability to simplify complex data and confidently communicate insights to non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, DV360, etc.) is a plus.
