Data Analyst
Direct Hire - NO C2C
Hybrid -Rhode Island
Key Responsibilities:
- Support production processing and troubleshoot ISO reporting issues.
- Process, balance, and analyze policy and claim data for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and resolve data errors, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Perform statistical data reconciliation and address discrepancies.
- Research and interpret regulatory requirements for expanded reporting services.
- Collaborate with programming teams to define system changes and support testing.
- Liaise with Policy & Claim vendors to resolve data issues and lead reporting projects.
- Train team members on statistical reporting practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistical/Data Analysis or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in statistical reporting, ideally in the insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, data analysis, and tools like Power BI and SQL.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and effective problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

- the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
