DeSHAZO is seeking a motivated Data Integrity and Analytics Administrator to support the management, accuracy, and analysis of company data. This role plays a key part in ensuring the reliability of our data systems and delivering insights that help drive operational and strategic decisions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, curious, and eager to grow in the field of data management and analytics.
Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across internal systems. Assist in creating and managing reports and dashboards to support departmental needs. Support data validation, cleaning, and documentation processes. Track and manage parts data, including availability, usage, and reorder timing. Analyze and report on parts lead times to help improve planning and procurement efficiency. Collaborate with purchasing and operations teams to ensure accurate parts records and timely updates. Assist with Deshazo eStore updates and system maintenance as needed for online Aftermarket parts ordering. Help develop and improve processes for data quality assurance and system organization. Troubleshoot data discrepancies and collaborate with IT and business teams to resolve issues. Maintain proper documentation for data management procedures and standards. Contribute to data audits and assist in implementing best practices for data governance. Participate in training and development to build knowledge of data systems and tools. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. (Experience will be considered in lieu of a formal degree) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of SQL or other data query languages. Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Effective written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to interpret and manage data related to parts inventory and procurement timelines. Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and processes. Exposure to ERP systems (Sage) or data platforms through coursework, internships, or personal projects is a plus.
