- Drive analysis on various projects for Express to improve the user experience.
- Own data analysis, visualization, and communicate insights to stakeholders to support strategic decisions.
- Identify operational weaknesses and help improve or innovate processes.
- Coordinate with product and marketing teams to gather requirements and measure the impact of new products, campaigns, and initiatives.
- Develop analytical frameworks to support decision-making.
- Build, maintain, and communicate detailed reports and models.
Skills
- Experience in B2C software product analytics for SaaS and/or mobile apps.
- Ability to write complex SQL queries.
- Experience with Python or R preferred.
- High-growth analytics or operations experience.
- Proficiency in creating dashboards in Power BI or Amplitude.
- Understanding of statistical concepts.
- Ability to interpret data and present insights effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Data modeling and client-facing skills are a plus.
- Experience with content or UGC analysis is a plus.
- Experience in product experimentation, hypothesis testing, and A/B testing frameworks is preferred.
Education
- 3+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or similar roles.
- BA/BS/Master's in Economics, Business, Engineering, Operations Research, or other quantitative fields (or equivalent work experience).
