About the Fitch Solutions Global Account Management (GAM) Team
The Global Account Management team covers the largest and most complex global clients for the Fitch Solutions suite of industry leading products including:
- Fixed Income & Credit Solutions
- Research and ratings data services
- Country Risk and Industry Content
- ESG data and research
- CreditSights
- Valuation, workflow and analytical tools
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Manage relationships with key global accounts
- Develop, implement and execute strategic account plans
- Grow and protect existing book of business and deliver on annual targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Develop an extensive network of contacts across Global Accounts at the CRO, COO and credit officer level,
- Deliver the Fitch Solutions, Fitch First Value proposition effectively across the client base
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service
- Manage, maintain and deliver accurate pipeline and forecasts
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Develop and execute business and account plans
- Execute and complete all KPIs
- Work in a close team environment
You May be a Good Fit if you have:
- 5-10 years of experience in account management and sales in the financial sector
- Proven track record of leading collaborative projects and achieving targets
- Interest and passion for financial markets
