In this role, you will gain a broad understanding of McKinsey’s overall business, increase visibility across the organization, and be responsible for leading efficiencies by leveraging automation, AI, and streamlined contracting to sustain value over time.

As a key leader within our organization, you will develop the firm’s vision for Sourcing, Contracting, and Purchasing (S2P) and implement a strategic roadmap to ensure the value identified by Category Management is fully realized and sustained through integrated processes and critical controls.
You will enhance regulatory compliance by improving supplier due diligence, implementing critical S2P processes, and providing targeted training to stakeholders. Leveraging cross-functional teams, you will incorporate AI and automation to improve efficiency in contracting, order processing, and sourcing-purchasing hand-offs.
You will foster strong partnerships and align on shared objectives, educating key leaders across departments, including Category Management, Finance, Legal, Cybersecurity, Social Responsibility, Risk, and Compliance.
You will monitor and optimize KPIs for sourcing and purchasing to meet business objectives. Leading continuous process improvements, you will streamline the S2P process, ensure seamless hand-offs, precise execution, and clear roles within a complex matrix environment with multiple stakeholders.
You will attract, develop, and retain top talent by fostering a growth-oriented organization where leaders support and care for their teams, empowering impactful work. As a change agent, you will promote a culture of procurement efficiency and effectiveness.
Your responsibilities include partnering with Risk and ESG Leaders to develop responsible buying capabilities, ensuring compliance with regulations and client requirements.
