Position Overview:
The Director, Marketing (HSI/MINT) is responsible for developing and executing T-Mobile For Business strategies, integrating insights and products to meet customer needs. This role involves coordinating product, promotions, pricing, and distribution efforts to drive revenue and meet targets, aligning cross-functional teams with HSI & MINT goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Financial Ownership: Manage P&L for TFB HSI/MINT, driving growth and profitability through strategic initiatives and market share expansion.
- Distribution Strategies: Design and oversee distribution to ensure efficient product delivery.
- Performance Evaluation: Monitor segment and channel performance, identify improvements, and implement solutions.
- Pricing Strategies: Develop and implement rate plans and pricing to foster growth.
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns based on market analysis and customer insights, collaborating with sales and marketing teams.
- Additional Duties: Perform other projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing (Required)
- MBA or Master's preferred
- Over 10 years of experience
- Proven ability to build high-performing teams and develop growth strategies
- Strong problem-solving and innovative skills
- Ability to prioritize trade-offs effectively
Skills and Abilities:
- Leadership: Experience communicating at an executive level, influencing at enterprise level, and leading cross-functional initiatives with SVP+ visibility.
- B2B Experience: Extensive experience in driving business growth, client relationships, and team leadership in B2B sectors.
- Business Targets: Responsible for achieving key targets.
- Organizational Navigation: Ability to navigate complex organizations.

Compensation and Benefits:
Base salary range: $161,900 - $219,100. Bonus target: 25%. Compensation varies based on qualifications and experience. Employees are eligible for annual bonuses, benefits include health insurance, 401(k), stock options, paid time off, parental leave, family benefits, tuition assistance, and more.
