Your Impact
As a Director of Media Strategy at Hearst Magazines, youll be charged with developing smart media frameworks that bring the Hearst portfolio to life for our advertising and affiliate partners. Youll be at the intersection of analytics, marketing and digital revenue operations weaving together core concepts from each discipline to bring key moments to market. With a focus on Commerce initiatives, you will be responsible for leading and executing the strategy to join media programs with commerce results, ensuring the successful integration of affiliate marketing within our digital advertising ecosystem.
This person will work closely with the sales, marketing, and affiliate teams to identify new revenue opportunities, build strategic relationships, and optimize packaging and performance for commerce-focused clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital media, affiliate marketing, and the publishing landscape, with a track record of success in driving results for partners.
