Responsibilities
Develop transformative managed services approaches integrating DevOps, SRE, and AI-powered automation
Design non-linear commercial models and implement GenAI programs to enhance team productivity
Lead delivery across multiple accounts
Implement effective incident management; drive system performance improvements; and establish advanced monitoring and alerting capabilities
Architect comprehensive automation strategies spanning service management, event correlation, and application performance management
Design observability solutions for hybrid environments and implement AIOps strategies
Serve as a thought leader and trusted advisor to clients
Identify new service opportunities
Develop differentiated solutions leveraging emerging technologies
Build high-performing teams that deliver exceptional client satisfaction
Requirements
15+ years of technology leadership experience with at least 10 years in managed services
Deep expertise in Service Design, DevOps practices, SRE principles, and automation strategy
Proven experience implementing AIOps, GenAI, and advanced observability platforms
Strong track record of business development, revenue growth, and team leadership
Demonstrated ability to develop innovative service models and drive digital transformation
Experience designing integrated operating models for multi-vendor scenarios
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for business audiences
History of successfully leading and scaling managed services operations with large teams
