We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Delivery to lead and manage our implementation services teams. This is a pivotal leadership role to ensure the successful delivery of projects while fostering innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Oversee and lead onshore and offshore teams, ensuring high-quality project delivery and team cohesion.
- Project Delivery: Manage end-to-end delivery of low-code platform implementations, meeting deadlines, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for public sector clients, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with their requirements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships; ensure client feedback is visibly incorporated into delivery improvements.
- Collaborate with sales, account management, and product teams to align project outcomes with client expectations.
- Process Optimization: Define, implement, and continuously improve delivery processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and quality.
- Resource Management: Strategically allocate resources across projects to optimize productivity and maintain cost-effectiveness.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure projects adhere to public sector regulations and manage risks proactively.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs, regularly evaluate team performance, and provide constructive feedback to drive excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal product and sales teams to align delivery objectives with company goals.

Required Skills:
- Proven experience (7+ years) in project delivery and leadership roles, preferably in public sector, or technology consulting.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Certification (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP), or similar certifications.
- Strong expertise in implementing low-code platforms or other COTS offerings.
- Deep understanding of federal and state government requirements, procurement processes, and compliance standards.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, including experience with distributed (onshore/offshore) teams.
- Strong project management experience; PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications are a plus.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex, large-scale projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for working with diverse teams and clients.
- Ability to travel occasionally to client sites or team locations as needed.
