Overview
We're seeking a strategic and solutions-oriented Director of Project Management to lead cross-functional initiatives within our Connected CRM practice. This role will be instrumental in driving progress for organizational-wide CRM initiatives including, innovation projects, agency training efforts and orchestrating new business. The ideal candidate brings structure, rigor, and momentum to new business pitches, proprietary capability builds, and transformational initiatives that elevate CRM delivery across the network.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management for CRM innovation workstreams, including proprietary tools and pilots
Drive operational excellence in new business pursuits by managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment across strategy, creative, data, and tech teams
Collaborate with functional leads to scope and launch internal education programs that upskill teams on CRM best practices, platforms, and trends
Define and build CRM agile workflows and project frameworks to scale repeatable success across agencies and clients
Scope, plan, and manage internal CRM initiatives programs, in partnership with functional leads and subject-matter experts
Lead resource forecasting and allocation in collaboration with capability leads; proactively resolve bandwidth gaps or conflicts
Implement agile project management practices and tools to improve speed, visibility, and collaboration across teams, working with agency leads to accelerate their project management practices
Qualifications
8-10+ years of project or program management experience in an agency, consultancy, or CRM/data-driven marketing environment
Proven track record managing cross-functional teams on innovation, strategic growth, and/or martech-related initiatives
Strong grasp of CRM, audience strategy, data platforms, and campaign operations
Skilled in resource planning, budgeting, and financial reporting across complex initiatives
Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
PMP, Scrum, or Agile certification preferred

Compensation Range: $119,510 - $188,025 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
