minimum of 3 years of experience to work in our Phoenix office. This position works closely with other members of the Docket Department to maintain the Firm\'s docket system.Responsibilities and Skills:
- Performs electronic legal docketing via docketing software
- Intermediate knowledge and application of County, State, and U.S.
- Receives and reviews documents (correspondence, emails, forms,
- Proofreads and reviews calendar entries to ensure accuracy
- Must have accurate typing and word processing skills and the ability
- Must have strong organizational skills, exercise attention to
- Must be an excellent communicator with strong reasoning and memory
- Service-oriented individual who is able to work independently in a
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required and a college degree or
- Minimum of three years California litigation experience preferred
- CompuLaw experience strongly preferred. Paralegal certificate
