The Field Service Representative will provide direction and assistance to the work group to meet objectives. This role involves working within defined parameters to make decisions, resolve issues of moderate complexity, and support the R391 (C130J) Composite Propeller System and related components at a customer site.

Role Overview:
You will provide technical guidance and support for the operation, maintenance, repair, and installation of GE Aerospace Composite Propeller Systems. The role involves hands-on work and critical communication to ensure customer satisfaction and program success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical direction and assistance in operation, maintenance, repair, logistics, and installation of GE products.
- Interpret technical data and instruct customers on-site.
- Communicate program status, customer issues, and market intelligence to relevant teams.
- Prepare reports on activities, problems, and sales opportunities.
- Assist in scheduling maintenance and parts logistics.
- Perform hands-on repair and maintenance of propeller systems and components.
- Review maintenance actions to identify training needs and recommend improvements.
- Anticipate program needs and support implementation of actions.
The Ideal Candidate:
A detail-oriented, hands-on professional with aviation maintenance expertise, strong communication and leadership skills, and a commitment to customer service.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in aviation maintenance.
- At least 2 years of experience in engine or propeller system repairs and maintenance.
- Ability to lift at least 65 lbs.
- Ability to pass drug and background checks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 60 days.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Naval Aviation Logistics systems.
Additional Information:
Location: Miramar MCAS, San Diego, CA. Physical and background screening required. On-site role with hands-on maintenance responsibilities.
Compensation and Benefits:
Base salary: $86,200 - $95,000, with potential bonuses. Benefits include health coverage, retirement plans, tuition assistance, paid parental leave, disability and life insurance, and paid time off.
