About the role:
The Equity and Culture fellow will focus on longterm projects to support both organization-wide efficiency as well as sharpening internal ECT processes and procedures. Supporting long term initiatives of the department, namely organization-wide migration to Monday.com for the approvals process, launching the inaugural culture and climate survey, relaunching of the LMS system to increase user engagement, and planning and execution of the 2025 and 2026 Wellness Plans. This role requires adept project planning and execution skills, the ability to be nimble and flexible, and a desire to create environments that balance wellness, high productivity, and excellence. This role requires a passion for creating systems that seek to ensure the organization can operate effectively and sustainably– with staff wellness being at the center of those systems. This fellowship focuses on long term strategic projects that will support the department in embedding equity in all we do, while adding much needed capacity within the ECT Department.

Responsibilities:
- Support with planning, data collection, proposal construction, and launching of the organization wide approvals process via Monday.com;
- Support with research, vendor procurement, planning, and launching of the inaugural culture and climate survey. Support with the data mining, data analysis, and recommendations to leadership post survey;
- Support with execution of the 2025 Wellness Plan;
- Support planning and execution of the 2026 Wellness Plan;
- Re-launch and lead efforts to enhance the LMS ACORN to increase staff use and engagement, including conducting training and creating support documentation creation;
- Provide the ECT department with project support as needed to ensure adherence to deadlines;
- Engage with the Chief Operating Officer in support of ad hoc requests;
- Support the team with design and implementation of engagement projects and tasks; and
- Other duties consistent with the responsibilities herein may be assigned.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience;
- Experience directly supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in organizational settings;
- Experience with project management or demonstrated ability to manage a project;
- Highly organized and able to navigate multiple projects simultaneously;
- Strong interpersonal skills and the demonstrated ability to engage with individuals from different lived experiences;
- Knowledge of learning and development systems like ACORN;
- Knowledge of data collection systems used for surveys and data collection and analysis;
- Proficiency using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office platforms;
- Use of project management systems like Monday.com;
- Use of digital design tools, like Canva;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral;
- A personal passion and commitment to the organization's mission and an understanding of the reproductive freedom issue;
- A commitment to contributing to a workplace environment in which diversity is valued and supported.
- Experience in non-profit and/or reproductive rights;
- Knowledge of data based methods of building and maintaining trust in an organization.
