At Advantive, we empower growing talent and believe the best people don't always come with a perfect resume—they come with the drive to learn, solve problems, and make an impact. We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to support our CEO and executive team—someone who’s organized, adaptable, and eager to take ownership in a fast-paced environment.
This is more than just calendar management and travel bookings. This role is an opportunity to become a key part of our executive operations, with a front-row seat to decision-making, strategic planning, and business growth. If you're detail-oriented, solution-driven, and looking for a launchpad into leadership support or operations, this is your path.
What You’ll Do
Support a high-performing executive team by coordinating meetings, managing schedules, and preparing for key touchpoints
Learn and use a range of productivity tools to streamline workflows, including Microsoft Office, calendar systems, and expense tracking platforms
Help with travel and logistics coordination for domestic and international trips
Identify opportunities to improve processes, adopt new tools, and simplify complex workflows
Act as a proactive problem-solver—anticipating needs, removing blockers, and keeping things running smoothly
Contribute to project coordination, team communications, and operational initiatives as needed
What We’re Looking For
We care more about mindset than prior experience. You’re a great fit if you:
Have strong communication skills and a high attention to detail
Enjoy organizing, planning, and bringing structure to chaos
Thrive when managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Are tech-savvy and comfortable picking up new tools quickly
Take ownership and follow through reliably
Are hungry to grow into broader responsibilities over time
Nice to Have (but Not Required)
Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, or travel/expense software
Prior experience supporting teams, coordinating projects, or managing operations—even in non-admin roles
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
1+ years of experience in any fast-paced, coordination-heavy role
