A leading entertainment law firm in Los Angeles is seeking a polished and highly organized Executive Assistant to support one of its senior Partners. This Partner represents a dynamic roster of actors, producers, show runners, and production companies.
Position Overview:
Our client is looking for an experienced assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment and can manage a demanding schedule with discretion, professionalism, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, meeting schedules, and internal/external communications
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Liaise with high-profile clients, agents, managers, and studio/network contacts
- Track, organize, and maintain legal documents and client files
- Prepare and edit correspondence, agreements, and confidential memos
- Assist with expense reports and general administrative duties
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience supporting a high-level executive in entertainment, ideally an agency, or studio
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to stay organized and multitask under pressure
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general tech-savviness
**This position is 100% in the office in Beverly Hills**
Base salary up $90k-$100k DOE plus great benefits, and a great work life balance
