We have a strong pipeline of exciting and career-enhancing full-time and part-time assignments across the Biotech, Marketing, Fintech, Consumer Goods, Pharma and Technology sectors, and we're interested in hearing from Executive Assistants to join us and commence their LOD journey.
Overview:
- Litigation Legal Executive Assistant - Law Firm
- Temp-to-Hire -- 6 month initial anticipated contract length
- Immediate hiring need
- Contract pay starting at $30/hour
- Hybrid - 3 to 4 days per week in office
- Hours are 9:00am - 5:30pm
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Individuals in this role will support multiple attorneys and attend to the day-to-day functions of a partner's practice.
- Performs substantial calendar management duties, proactively ensuring that all updates are included and that attorneys are made aware of changes.
- Coordinates department or practice group meetings, and takes the lead in preparing meeting logistics.
- Maintains paper and electronic filing systems, overseeing billing matters, and monitors client budgets for reporting purposes.
To join us, you will:
- Have at least 5 years of experience ideally gained from top or mid-tier law firms or in-house (with strong legal training)
- Be client centric - commercially minded, adaptable and able to hit the ground running
- Possess 5 years of professional executive assistant experience supporting law firm partners or high level executives
- Possess litigation experience, as well as recent e-filing experience in district and state courts.
