Key Responsibilities:
Managing a complex calendar and coordinating meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
Acting as the gatekeeper and liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Conducting research and compiling data for special projects.
Handling confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Assisting with event planning, budget tracking, and ad hoc administrative tasks.
Helping to maintain a positive and organized office environment.
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant role, preferably in the biotech, pharma, or healthcare industries.
Bachelor's degree preferred, but significant relevant experience will also be considered.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with collaboration tools like Teams, Zoom, or project management software is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, outstanding organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
Adaptability, professional demeanor, and a self-starting mindset. A basic understanding of biotech/healthcare terminology is a bonus.
