Our client is a leading player in the Tech industry is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to members of our executive team. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and prioritize calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Prepare and review correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with high attention to detail and confidentiality.
Organize executive meetings, team events, and offsites, including agenda preparation, notetaking, and follow-up on action items.
Serve as a liaison between executives, employees, clients, and external partners, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
Assist with tracking and managing departmental projects, deliverables, and deadlines.
Anticipate executive needs, identify challenges, and provide proactive solutions to streamline workflows.
Handle expense reporting, invoice tracking, and budget administration related to executive activities.
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the tech industry or a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong proficiency in tech tools and platforms (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, calendar management tools like Outlook or Calendly, collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, or Asana).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A high level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Tech-savvy with a passion for staying ahead of digital trends.
Adaptable and calm under pressure.
Detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive.
