Job Description
The Executive Producer will oversee the production process of high-quality events from concept to completion. This role demands a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing large-scale internal and external events, leading creative teams, and ensuring all projects meet the highest standards of quality and brand consistency. The Executive Producer will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure seamless execution of all event production activities.
This role places the successful candidate at the forefront of end-user interactions. This position requires technical versatility, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions:
- Event Management:
- Oversee the entire production process for internal and external events, including global townhalls, client meetings, holiday parties, and other corporate events.
- Develop event production schedules, manage budgets, and ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with event planners, directors, and other creative team members to align on vision and execution.
- Supervise the post-event process, including debriefs, feedback collection, and final reporting.
- Creative Leadership:
- Provide creative direction and vision for all events, ensuring alignment with brand standards and strategic goals.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and pitch meetings to develop innovative event concepts.
- Approve event agendas, scripts, and final plans, ensuring high-quality execution.
- Foster a collaborative and inspiring environment for the event production team.
- Quality Control:
- Ensure all events meet the highest standards of quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
- Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback to event team members.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement processes in event production activities.
- Conduct post-event evaluations, gathering feedback from stakeholders and attendees.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, communications, and other internal departments to align event production efforts with overall business objectives.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, freelancers, and production companies.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues promptly.
- Team Leadership:
- Mentor and support junior producers and other team members, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Foster a culture of excellence, creativity, and collaboration within the event production team.
- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Project Management:
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Creative Vision:
- Strong creative vision and the ability to translate ideas into compelling event experiences.
- In-depth understanding of event production, storytelling, and live event execution.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Proficiency in event production software and tools.
- Familiarity with industry standards for live streaming, audio-visual setups, and event technology, such as:
- Video Codec Standards: H.264, H.265
- Audio Standards: AAC, Dolby Digital
- Streaming Protocols: RTMP, HLS, DASH
- Resolution Standards: HD, Full HD, 4K
- Production Tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Avid Media Composer
- AV Equipment: Cameras (DSLR, Mirrorless, Cinema), Microphones, Mixers, Lighting Equipment
- Communication:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Leadership:
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and strategically.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in event production, with at least 3 years in a senior or executive producer role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale events and delivering high-quality experiences.
- Experience working with executive teams and managing vendor relationships.
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $103,000 to $149,450 per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
