Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Monterey Park, CA, for an Experiential Account Coordinator.
Role Duties
- Work directly with New Business Director: Data entry
- Assist Account's Team: ordering, purchasing, expense management, scheduling & inventory
- Assist Production Team: ordering, purchasing, expense management, scheduling & inventory
- Assist Project Management Team: ordering, purchasing, expense management, scheduling & inventory
Qualifications
- Account Coordinator and Customer Service skills
- Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
- Analytical Skills for solving problems and managing projects
- Ability to work effectively on-site in a collaborative environment
- Experience in experiential marketing or a related field is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related experience
